The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols regarding bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, and proper identification of residents before providing services.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Report accidents and incidents to charge nurse
Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas
Transport residents to meals and activities
Identify residents using wristbands or photo cards
Follow bloodborne pathogens and OSHA policies
Assist with meal service without feeding residents

Key Requirements
Minimum 8th grade education
