Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years Technical Support or Desktop Engineering
Strong Intune imaging packaging and patching experience
Hands-on Windows 11 Office 365 AD and Group Policy
Proficiency in PowerShell and PowerBI for reporting
Ability to work hybrid schedule with mid-shift hours
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with DORA metrics and MacOS experience
ServiceNow Jira Remedy ticketing system knowledge
Experience with Dell Lenovo Apple hardware support
Understanding of ITIL and structured Service Desk operations
A+ MCSE or relevant professional certifications
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Must have 5+ years in Technical Support or Desktop Engineering
Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days onsite at Makati location
