  • You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, ensuring personnel compliance, and participating in quality assurance programs and government facility surveys.
  • The role involves direct nursing care functions including admitting residents, monitoring medication passes, conducting daily assessments, and coordinating care plans with physicians and families.

Key Requirements

  • Current unencumbered active RN license in state
  • Nursing degree from accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
