Job Summary

• Oversees contract pharmacy and other covered entity (CE) eligibility requests, exception management, and compliance operations to ensure CE membership compliance with internal and external state and federal 340B requirements and BMS polices.
• Reviews and validates contract pharmacy designations, supporting documentation, and special exception requests, managing the approval process in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and US Policy teams.
