Job Summary
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to perform all-purpose duties, including overall center operation, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
This individual will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current and previous financial performance metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
Collision General Managers will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
