You will be responsible for the technical and operational management of real estate properties in collaboration with the Asset Services Technical Department.
Your missions will include ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of managed sites within budget, conducting regular site inspections, and overseeing the implementation of maintenance contracts.
You will also be responsible for analyzing annual charges, identifying cost savings, detecting and supervising works, and reporting on the technical status of buildings to management and clients.
