Job Summary
You will be the station’s primary on-air weather authority, setting the tone for team collaboration, community engagement, and innovation in weather presentation.
Manage, mentor and motivate a team of meteorologists and weather anchors, and develop and maintain weather graphics and data systems.
Represent WBOY at community events, school visits, and public safety initiatives, ensuring all forecasts meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and public trust.
