The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
You will accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications commonly used in the facility and follow all related policies and procedures.
You will participate in quality assurance programs and facility committees to improve medication processes and maintain confidentiality of resident health information.
