Key Requirements

  • Two years of work experience in a health and /or human services field
  • 24 semester hours of post high school education in behavior sciences, public/business administration, social sciences or closely related field
  • Experience with computer software programs
  • One or more years’ experience working in the child support program (preferred)
  • One or more years’ experience using CHARTS system (preferred)
  • One or more years’ experience using N-FOCUS system (preferred)
  • One or more years’ experience analyzing, interpreting and applying regulations (preferred)
  • Bilingual preferred
