Key Requirements
Two years of work experience in a health and /or human services field
24 semester hours of post high school education in behavior sciences, public/business administration, social sciences or closely related field
Experience with computer software programs
One or more years’ experience working in the child support program (preferred)
One or more years’ experience using CHARTS system (preferred)
One or more years’ experience using N-FOCUS system (preferred)
One or more years’ experience analyzing, interpreting and applying regulations (preferred)
