Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to solve complex problems and lead projects advancing technological capabilities.
  • You will serve as a coach and mentor for other engineers while supervising up to 4 to 5 technicians and associate engineers.
  • The role requires championing the development of systems to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Manufacturing Excellence culture.
