Job Summary
The Business Process Consultant leads process improvement initiatives across administrative and academic units, driving efficiencies in enterprise operations and supporting organizational effectiveness.
Core responsibilities include facilitating discovery sessions, analyzing and modeling business processes, preparing recommendation briefs, and supporting system development, testing, and implementation.
This position is considered essential and may be required to work at the normal work location or an alternative location during a major catastrophic event, weather emergency, or other operational emergency to help maintain the continuity of University services.
