Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing technical facility operations including maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, DG, UPS, and building systems to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of the facility.
Supervise daily technical operations and preventive maintenance activities, monitor performance of HVAC, electrical systems, DG, UPS, elevators, STP/WTP, and other utilities.
Coordinate with technicians and service vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and engineering standards.
