  • The Duty Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day service delivery during their shift, including Helpdesk, Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, and Cafeteria operations.
  • The role involves ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, SLAs, KPIs, and managing various operational tools and incident reporting.
