The Duty Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day service delivery during their shift, including Helpdesk, Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, and Cafeteria operations.
The role involves ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, SLAs, KPIs, and managing various operational tools and incident reporting.
