Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Sciences/Pharmacy
Minimum 10 years of experience in medical sales
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team
Experience in nutrition/pharmaceuticals industry
Strong communications skills in Bahasa and business-level English
Experience in turning around performance
Develop District Sales plan and monitor sales reps
