Salary
Base: $102,290.10 - $148,034.70; Bonus/Equity: Competitive bonus and/or commission plan offered; Benefits: Health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years progressive HR experience
3+ years in HRBP or HR Manager role
Experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Distribution
Workforce planning and data analysis skills
Employee relations and conflict resolution expertise
Change management and coaching capabilities
Nice-to-have
Bilingual Spanish capabilities
Master's degree in HR or Business
SHRM or HRCI certification
Experience with multi-site operational environments
Strong influence in matrixed environments
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
5+ years of progressive HR experience
3+ years in an HRBP or HR Manager role within Operations/Logistics
Ability to travel up to 40% domestically
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
