  • Active Directory user and computer management
  • Symantec End Point Protection or similar security
  • Network printer and multi-function device support
  • Cisco IP desk phones and voicemail configuration
  • Remote troubleshooting and ticket queue management

Nice-to-have

  • Experience supporting manufacturing and engineering companies
  • Mac hardware and OS X support knowledge
  • Enterprise iOS device management experience
  • Engineering design tools like CAD or Solidworks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus

Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
  • 0-3 years of relevant IT support experience
  • Preferred certifications: MOS, MCTS, A+, ACMT, ITIL V3
