Roles & Responsibilities Provide consistent professional spa massage (either foot or body) in accordance with spa standards. Professionally advise customers on the benefits of the treatments performed. Setting up spa and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely. Maintaining records and filling documents. Be sensitive to each customer’s comfort level and service needs. Requirements Preferably with ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification. Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours. Customer oriented with a pleasant personality. Be professional and well-groomed.
