8+ years US healthcare benefits experience
Group health plan design and management
Client relationship management in consulting
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Hybrid work availability (3 days onsite)

Experience with insurance brokerage or carrier environment
Ability to travel as needed
Proven flair for building onshore relationships

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, math, statistics, economics, or public health
Prior 8+ years of work experience in US Healthcare and Benefits
7+ years of relevant consulting or client implementation experience
Strong analytical skills with quantitative and qualitative capabilities
