Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or similar
  • Alternatively, Technician or Master (m/f/d) in HVAC or Electrical
  • Proficiency in HOAI, AHO, VOB/B, and technical standards
  • Experience with cost and schedule control software (e.g., MS Project)
  • Very good German and English language skills
