Vossloh North America is seeking a Technicien Méthodes - Amélioration Continue (H/F/D) to enhance operational processes at their Fère-en-Tardenois site. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or the railway industry, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Job Summary
Improve operational processes by implementing regular improvements based on task observation, time measurements, and feedback from operational staff with the objective of optimizing costs, improving safety, environment, and quality.
Implement new procedures and continuous improvement (work practices, safety, problem-solving methodology) and update the documentation base (technical files, reports, procedure documents) and optimize the documentary fund.
