Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and benefits.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs, and make rounds to observe patient care delivery.
  • Assist with the overall supervision and management of staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures.
