Job Summary

  • As a member of the Canada Solution Consulting team, you will communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers, bringing the value of Workday solutions to life.
  • You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to support fast-moving opportunities and large, strategic deals, while also identifying operational efficiencies and programs that support scale.
  • The role is responsible for hiring and retaining top talent, assisting team members in growing their careers, mentoring them, and ensuring their continual advancement in skills and knowledge.

Base: $142,300 - $213,500 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years in a sales-related role selling enterprise software
  • 3+ years experience leading people on deal strategy
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong critical thinking skills and execution capabilities
  • Consistent overachievement of assigned goals and targets
  • Experience with Enterprise software in HCM and Financial space preferred
  • Experience working with large volume Sales territories preferred
