You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to support fast-moving opportunities and large, strategic deals, while also identifying operational efficiencies and programs that support scale.
The role is responsible for hiring and retaining top talent, assisting team members in growing their careers, mentoring them, and ensuring their continual advancement in skills and knowledge.

Salary
Base: $142,300 - $213,500 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements
4+ years in a sales-related role selling enterprise software
3+ years experience leading people on deal strategy
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Strong critical thinking skills and execution capabilities
Consistent overachievement of assigned goals and targets
Experience with Enterprise software in HCM and Financial space preferred
Experience working with large volume Sales territories preferred
