Must-have

3-5 years leadership in shared services
Oracle R12 ERP system knowledge
Procure-to-pay (P2P) process expertise
SOX compliance and internal controls
Team management including offshore resources
Nice-to-have
CPA or graduate degree preferred
Experience with AI-enabled tools
Background in large complex organizations
Strong stakeholder management skills
