Job Summary
The Clinical Leader is responsible for the day to day oversight of clinical operations and clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, access and department goals are met and sustained.
This position supervises an average of 30 staff members and is responsible for operational productivity, flow and access, fiscal and human resource management and development and engagement of workforce.
The Clinical Leader will maintain clinical competency with direct patient care worked/productive time to support clinical services and ensure competency, educational/training, growth and development of staff.
