Base: $108,496.89 - $149,183.22; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive pay based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
5+ years progressive project management experience
1+ years leading cross-functional teams
Experience with contract negotiations
Financial acumen for fiscal decisions
Ability to manage program lifecycle conflicts
Nice-to-have
PMP Certification preferred
Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation
Knowledge of CMMI and agile development models
Earned Value Management experience
ISO 9001:2000 compliance familiarity
Key Requirements
US Citizenship required for security clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree or 9 years related experience if no degree
