Job Summary

  • Lead and coordinate the engineering team responsible for the operation and maintenance for the mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment of the Toluca 1 Data Center, guaranteeing operational continuity in a mission-critical site.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage modification, addition, and change (MAC) information for all IT electrical circuits, and oversee the change control process.
