Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related
  • Direct oversight of trade contractors
  • Advanced proficiency with project management software
  • Expertise in technical RFP development
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Availability to travel up to 25%
