Job Summary

  • Develop and execute strategic learning based on business priorities and brand requirements to build training and development programs addressing to aftersales business units.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to address skills gaps and improve key dealer staff performance.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through various metrics/KPIs and propose reports with actions plans focused on to ensure or improve the KPIs results based on training actions.
