Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15 years Heavy Duty Gas Turbine outage experience
Mechanical engineering background D3 level
Proficiency in reading P&ID diagrams and technical drawings
Experience with laser alignment and thermal growth equipment
Ability to work holidays weekends and overtime
Nice-to-have
Previous OEM experience preferred
Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
Customer power plant operational experience
Excellent English communication skills
