The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring strict adherence to safety and privacy protocols.
