Job Summary
This is a regional sales leadership role where you lead a team that is accountable for the relationship management with the Distributors and key customers in the territory to ensure the delivery of financial performance targets including Sales Volume, Gross Margin and Overdue.
Develop and implement territory business plans according to PU business strategy and deliver financial performance targets for territory including Volume, GM and Overdue.
Lead and develop team thru coaching, motivation and implementation of performance management process.
