  • Lead the CEE HR Hub, ensuring effective delivery of HR programs, processes, and standards across Austria, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Czechia, Romania, and Hungary.
  • Oversee adherence to organizational policies, HR governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements, while strengthening HR reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the Country HR Lead for Austria, advising Managing Directors, managing works council relationships, and ensuring compliance with Austrian labor law and GDPR.
