Key Requirements
5+ years of IT system proposal experience (minimum 3 years)
5+ years of hands-on experience with architecture patterns, enterprise messaging, middleware products, system integration, web service technologies, APIs, SOA, ESB, messaging queues (MQ), BPM, workflow, RPA, AI Agent
Java development experience and coding/debugging ability for Java APIs is desirable
Experience delivering PoCs and responding to RFIs/RFPs
Ability to lead architecture discussions
Fluent Japanese and business-level English (reading/writing)
