Job Summary

  • The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch operating model, including customer and employee experience. They lead the team through coaching and performance management while building and developing branch staff. The role requires proactive engagement with Business Banking relationships and community presence to drive growth and profitability.
  • Branch Managers must ensure compliance with operational policies and take ownership of customer issues until resolved. They are expected to independently process Business Banking loan requests and bundle products and services as appropriate. The position also involves maintaining internal control standards and implementing audit points as necessary.
