Job Summary

  • This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Valuation Surveyor to join our Commercial Valuation Team based in our Bristol office working across a diverse range of assets and playing a key role in the strategic growth of the team.
  • This role will involve working closely with experienced valuers to undertake the valuations of commercial assets in Bristol including offices, industrial/logistics, retail, on behalf of major lending organisations comprising a range of international investment banks, debt funds, alternative lenders and clearing banks.
  • The team comprises two Directors, an Associate Director and a Graduate, working across all commercial sectors, from offices to retail warehouse, with significant representation in the UK and globally.
