Job Summary
The Learning Management System (LMS) Analyst is responsible for the functional and technical analysis, implementation, customization and support of either the internal LMS and/or Performance Management system.
This role will have significant accountability for ensuring effective requirements identification, planning, integration, design, configuration, testing, reporting and support.
The Analyst will maintain a focus of user-centric design and responsive end-user support.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years' experience with learning management systems
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Technology or related subject or commensurate business experience

Demonstrated ability to evaluate project objectives and scope feasibility
