  • Previous customer service and admin experience
  • Previous knowledge or exposure to large electrical items
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to meet service levels and individual KPI’s
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • 12-month fixed-term contract
