Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5+ years software development experience
3+ years software security or information security
2+ years application and container security tools
Expertise in OWASP Top 10 mitigation strategies
Experience with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR compliance
Nice-to-have
Security certifications such as CEH or OSCP
Cloud certifications for Azure or AWS
Experience mentoring engineers and architects
Ability to work independently across global time zones
Passion for building DevSecOps programs from ground up
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Proficiency in C#, Java, Go, or Python
Deep knowledge of cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, FaaS)
Experience with CI/CD toolsets like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
