You will partner with customers to lead implementations for feature add-ons and enhancements, ensuring they achieve their business goals with increased adoption of Zenoti solutions.
This role involves independently handling customer adoption procedures, leading demos and training, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure customer satisfaction.
