Key Requirements

  • HS or GED required
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field strongly desired
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development
  • Minimum 3 years experience in retail channel
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of P&L's and managing a budget
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
  • 60% travel within Midwest
