Build strong relationships and trust with sector partners, deepen their impact and facilitate strategic alignment with MOH and AIC.
Analyse and review consolidated performance data from all Active Ageing Centres (AACs) to evaluate outcomes, identify trends, and manage transitions from programme changes.
Manage the integration and streamlining of diverse data sources to support monitoring and process development, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of programme reporting and development.
