Job Summary
You will pilot and deploy the site's Operational Excellence approach while respecting safety, quality, regulatory, cost, and deadline requirements.
Your main missions include analyzing, mapping, and optimizing production and support processes, identifying dysfunctions, and proposing improvement action plans.
You will deploy and animate continuous improvement approaches and tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, DMAIC...) and support operational teams in change management.
