Job Summary

• Manage the Americas coverage team with resources based in the United States, South America and Mumbai, overseeing contract negotiation for a range of trading documentation.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for the documentation team, handling requests from business units, risk management, and other stakeholders, including decision-making on negotiation terms and prioritization.
• Drive BCU management strategy across the negotiation space for negotiations and regulatory projects, acting as a senior subject matter expert in relation to trading documentation and internal processes.
