The role requires supervision of civil engineering works for the Fanling North New Development Area project, with two contracts commencing in July 2024 and late 2025.
Incumbents may be required to work irregular hours, overtime, shifts, and potentially supervise work in Mainland China or overseas.

Key Requirements
Certificate from Construction Industry Council or equivalent
Recognised technician apprenticeship
Craft apprenticeship with 2 years' skilled worker experience
Minimum 5 years' skilled worker experience
Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience
Minimum 3 years' experience as Resident Works Supervisor II
Proficiency in Chinese and English (Secondary 3 standard)
