Job Summary
The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the EMEA Transaction Management Group, responsible for structured products issuance program creation & updates, documentation, coordinating trade settlements, and reporting.
Responsibilities include overseeing the entire trade life cycle of structured notes, performing deal reviews, monitoring and resolving trade breaks, and coordinating with internal teams for accurate trade capture and timely settlement.
Candidates must have an MBA/CA with 5-6 years of experience, including experience in derivative products and structured notes, and demonstrate experience in identifying automation opportunities and implementing process improvements.
