Key Requirements

  • adults with learning disabilities, autism, their families, support networks, employers, professionals, and senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in using IT systems including Microsoft Office suite, case management systems, and database management
  • Knowledge of employment support approaches including job coaching and supported employment methodologies
  • Understanding of employment legislation and reasonable adjustments
  • Ability to travel across the county in order to meet the needs of the service
  • Fluency Duty: ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential
