The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking a Director of Student Activities responsible for developing and administering comprehensive student programming. The ideal candidate will have experience in student programming, particularly with Greek Life, and will support student organizations while fostering engagement and retention

Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of the Director of Student Activities is the development and administration of comprehensive and holistic student programming, fostering student growth and development.
  • This includes providing advisory support to all Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs), the Student Government Association (SGA), the Student Activities Board (SAB), and Greek Council, and supervising student workers and graduate assistant(s).
  • Special events for which the Director is responsible includes, but is not limited to: Homecoming festivities, Welcome Week, Orientation, Holiday Festival Week, Black History Month, Greek Week, Spring Fling and other programs/duties as assigned.
