Job Summary

• The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator serves as the operational lead and backup to the Shipping & Receiving Manager, supporting all warehousing, inbound receiving, outbound freight coordination, and inventory control activities for the facility.
• This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, transportation planning, inbound material verification, freight cost control, and real-time inventory integrity.
• This is a working lead position providing daily direction, guidance, and training to material handlers and pickers while maintaining hands-on responsibility for receiving inspections, shipping documentation, freight optimization, and ERP system accuracy.

• High School Diploma required
• 5–10 years of experience in warehousing, freight coordination, or logistics operations
• Forklift Certification
• Experience with LTL/FTL freight, broker coordination, and rate negotiation

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software platforms
• Ability to analyze freight invoices and cost data
