Job Summary

  • This role entails being responsible for overall field management of HNTB's contract, administration, and coordination on projects of a diverse and complex nature.
  • The position requires monitoring contractor progress, resolving technical field issues, and implementing the firm's project delivery plan using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach.
  • Candidates will partner with Client Service Leaders to assist with business development and lead proposal development for strategic mega projects.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 10 years construction related experience
  • All jurisdictional certificates

Nice-to-have

  • Master's Degree in Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Primavera P6 training and practical experience
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Visio
