Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors promptly.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
